The distance to Namibia&#8217;s capital Windhoek is only 40 km. The Windhoek International Airport is just 80 km away.<br \/>\nThis makes our farm ideal for becoming acclimatised after an exhausting flight. Then start your unforgettable tour of Namibia after a few days at our farm.<br \/>\nWe are of course also happy if you come visit us during your round trip or if you come to relax a bit at our place at the end of your trip.<br \/>\nGuests are always welcome.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Our farm is run as an agricultural farm. In addition to a large herd of cattle, there are many other animals on our farm, too.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The farm area is dominated by the Khomas Highlands, which extend over a large part of Otjiseva. The slightly hilly scrubland with wide, sandy, dry rivers, the preferred terrain for our free-running, not fenced-in game, offers numerous spectacular perspectives. This village was situated about 400 m south of the current farm house. The village&#8217;s water hole has been of great importance for the large herds of cattle of the Nama and Herero in the past centuries, and later for the ox wagon tracks that ran between the coast and Windhoek. Hans Joachim Wiss bought the farm in 1927. In the beginning, tobacco, maize, potatoes and wheat were planted. Afterwards, they farmed with goats, sheep and cattle. The main income, however, was realised from dairy products, eggs and firewood. Cattle farming has been the main source of income on Otjiseva since the late 1970s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">With us you can experience life on an African farm up close.
